Our club is proudly run by volunteers, and every season is made possible by the dedication of parents, carers and members who generously give their time. As our club continues to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our Committee and help guide the next chapter of the Eastern Suburbs Dolphins.
Whether your child has just started in T-Ball, plays junior baseball, or you’ve been part of the club for many years, your skills, ideas and enthusiasm can make a real difference. Committee roles cover a wide range of areas including administration, events, fundraising, facilities, communications, uniforms, sponsorship, game day operations and more. You don’t need previous committee experience—just a willingness to contribute and work as part of a great team.
If you’ve ever wondered what a committee position involves, or you’re considering becoming more involved, we’d love to hear from you. We encourage you to speak with any of our current Committee members before the AGM. They’re happy to answer questions about the various roles, explain what’s involved, discuss the club’s vision and future plans, and help you find a position that matches your interests and availability.
