This month Archie Sampson, a 2024 Dolphin Junior League player, will represent Australia at the Junior League World Series in Taylor, Michigan USA. Good luck team!
Archie’s representative team won the 2024 Australian Junior League Championship in June, beating the best of the other states in a nail biting game; with Archie playing a pivotal role as catcher and with the bat. The team flew to Taylor USA at the start of the month to take on both US Junior League and other International Teams in the World Series.
Also starring at a national level were our Dolphins Jacob Hazan in the Senior League and Little League players Leo Vigil, Franklin Pyke and Kobe Chu. The Little League team was very unlucky not to make the finals, having played their hardest in rain affected conditions.
We congratulate all of these players for reaching the highest level of Australian Junior Baseball.
